上海共和新路街道老年人血液生化和尿液指标结果分析

Analysis of the results of blood biochemical and urine indexes in the elderly in Gonghexinlu Community of Shanghai

目的:了解上海市共和新路街道老年人健康体检血液生化及尿液指标的异常情况,为慢性病防治和管理提供依据和方向。方法:选取2020年社区712例60岁及以上老年人体检的结果进行统计学分析,其中男性338例,女性374例,年龄60~90岁,平均年龄(70.78±5.50)岁。结果:在712例老人体检化验结果中发现血脂异常率、血糖异常率、血尿酸异常率、肝功能异常率、肾功能异常率、尿微量白蛋白尿异常率、血尿异常率、白细胞尿异常率分别为64.8%,34.5%,17.3%,10.2%,4.4%,17.9%,14.3%,10.8%。其中女性血脂异常检出率明显高于男性,血糖异常检出率低于男性;血脂异常检出率随着年龄增长而下降,肾功能异常检出率随着年龄增长而升高;女性血尿和白细胞尿检出率明显高于男性,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:上海市共和新路街道社区老年人血脂、血糖、尿酸、血尿等指标的异常检出率较高,提示全科医师团队应扩大老年人体检范围,改善社区慢性病管理方案,针对指标异常人群及时进行干预,减少疾病和并发症,提高社区居民生存质量。

Objective:To understand the abnormalities of blood biochemistry and urine indexes in physical examination of the elderly in Gonghexinlu Community,Shanghai,and provide basis and direction for the prevention and management of chronic diseases.Methods:The physical examination results of 712 elderly people aged 60 and over in the community in 2020 were selected for statistical analysis,there were 338 males and 374 females,and the ages were from 60 to 90 years,with an average age of(70.78±5.50)years.Results:In the physical examination and test results of 712 elderly people,it was found that the abnormal rates of blood lipid,blood glucose,blood uric acid,liver function,kidney function,urinary microalbuminuria,hematuria and leukocyturia were 64.8%,34.5%,17.3%,10.2%,4.4%,17.9%,14.3%and 10.8%,respectively.Among them,the detection rate of dyslipidemia in females was significantly higher than that in males,and the detection rate of abnormal blood sugar in females is lower than that in males.The detection rate of dyslipidemia decreased with age,and the detection rate of abnormal renal function increased with age;the detection rates of hematuria and leukocyturia in females were significantly higher than those in males,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The abnormal detection rate of blood lipid,blood glucose,uric acid,hematuria and other indicators of the elderly in the community is high in Gonghexinlu Community,Shanghai,which is suggested that the general practitioner team should expand the scope of physical examination for the elderly,improve the management plan of chronic diseases in the community,and timely intervene in the population with abnormal indicators,so as to reduce diseases and complications,and improve the quality of life of community residents.
