湖南省劳亚食虫动物新记录种—霍氏缺齿鼩

New record of insectivores in Hunan Province—Chodsigoa hoffmanni

摘要 2020年6月—2021年9月,在湖南壶瓶山国家级自然保护区进行小型兽类调查时,利用陷阱法采集到2个鼩鼱类动物标本。其体形较小,体毛黑褐色,尾长明显超过头体长,尾端有一簇白色长毛,颅骨扁平,门齿和单尖齿尖呈淡棕红色,符合霍氏缺齿鼩(Chodsigoa hoffmanni)的描述。同时,分子系统发育树显示其与霍氏缺齿鼩聚为一支,且具高支持度。因此,将其鉴定为霍氏缺齿鼩。该种主要分布于中国的西南方,本次记录系湖南省首次发现该物种。 Two shrew specimens was collected by trap from Hunan Hupingshan National Nature Reserve from June 2020 to September 2021.It had a small body size with black-brown body hair.Its tail was longer than the head and body length,and it had a tuft of long white hair at the tip of the tail.The skull was flat,while the tips of incisor and unicuspids teeth was reddish-brown.The molecular phylogenetic tree showed that it was clustered into a branch of Chodsigoa hoffmanni with high support.Based on morphological characteristics and molecular data analysis,they were identified as C.hoffmanni,which was mainly distributed in Southwest China.This record is the first discovery of this species in Hunan Province in China.
