观察社区医务人员主导儿童保健联合健康生活方式干预对性早熟的影响

Objective To observe the effect of community medical staff led child health care combined with healthy lifestyle intervention on precocious puberty

目的:研究分析社区医务人员主导儿童保健联合健康生活方式干预对性早熟的影响。方法:将本社区儿童86例选定为研究对象,接诊时间为2019年4月至2019年8月,以随机平均分组方式分配儿童为两组,实验组采取儿童保健联合健康生活方式干预,常规组采取儿童保健干预,实施后比较观察两组患儿性早熟的影响效果。结果:两组数据统计比较,实验组儿童经干预后,家属相关知识掌握水平、儿童生活方式均较干预前得到显著改善,评估得分均高于常规组(P<0.05),性早熟发生概率比较,实验组发生概率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:对性早熟患儿采用保健联合健康生活方式进行干预,可以有效避免性早熟发生,提高家属性早熟防控意识,存在较高临床应用价值。

Objective:To study and analyze the influence of community medical staff leading child health care combined with healthy lifestyle intervention on precocious puberty.Methods:Eighty-six children in the community were selected as the research objects.Theconsultation time was from April 2019 to August 2019.The children were divided into two groups by random average grouping.The experimental group adopted child care combined with healthy lifestyle intervention.The routine group took child care intervention,and after implementation,the effects of precocious puberty in the two groups were compared.Results:Statistical comparison of the two groups of data.After the intervention,the children in the experimental group have significantly improved their family-related kNowledge and the children’s lifestyle compared with those before the intervention.The evaluation scores are higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),and the incidence of precocious puberty is compared.The probability of occurrence in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intervention of health care combined with healthy lifestyles in children with precocious puberty can effectively avoid the occurrence of precocious puberty and improve the awareness of family attribute precocious puberty prevention and control,which has high clinical application value.
