腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation.LDH)是临床中的常见疾病,发病原因与腰部扭伤、腰部劳累、持重物等因素有关,导致腰椎间盘各组织结构出现退行性改变,从而出现下肢麻木、疼痛等明显的临床症状,该种疾病多发于中年人群,随着生活结构的变化,也呈现出了年轻化与概率上升化的特点,对人们的身体健康与生活质量造成一定影响。临床上针对本病症的治疗采用如药物治疗、物理治疗、手术治疗的方式,近年来,外科治疗LDH的理念不断转变,其治疗方法逐渐由开放向微创的理念转变,其中经皮脊柱内镜技术在腰椎间盘突出症的治疗中疗效显著,具有创伤小、手术时间短、恢复快、并发症少等优点。本文就腰椎间盘突出症伴腰椎不稳的手术方式的选择做一综述,以期为临床提供借鉴。

Lumbar disc disease(LDH)is a common disease in clinical,the etiology concerened with lumbar sprain,lumbar overworked,holding the weight things,all those factors lead to the organizational structure of lumbar degenerative changes,resulting in lower limb numbness,pain and other clinical symptoms,the disease happened more common in middle-aged people,Along with the change oflife structure,also presented the characteristics of young and likely to rise,which has a certain influence on people's health and quality of life。Clinically for the treatment of this disease using such as drug therapy,physical therapy,surgical treatment,in recent years,with the concept of surgical treatment for LDH changing,its treatment by gradually open to the concept of minimally invasive,percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy technology has a good effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,with little trauma,short operation time,quick recovery,fewer complications,etc。This paper reviews the selection of surgical methods for lumbar disc herniation with lumbar instability in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
