摘要
以某型半挂牵引车的车架为研究对象,在HyperMesh中建立有限元模型,利用梁理论计算验证模型准确性。在此基础上进行车架满载时的弯曲、扭转、制动与转弯工况下的静力与模态分析。结果表明:车架最大等效应力均小于材料许用应力,满足强度要求,且固有频率避开了车辆主要的激振频率。
Taking the frame of a semi-trailer tractor as the research object, the finite element model was established in HyperMesh. The accuracy of the model was verified by beam theory calculation. The static force and modal analysis on bending stress, torsional stress, braking force and turning of the vehicle frame were carried out under the full load condition. The results show that the maximum equivalent stress of the tractor frame is less than the allowable stress of the materials, which meets the strength requirements, and the natural frequency avoids the main excitation frequency of the vehicle.
