摘要
传染病医院是我国疾病预防控制体系和医疗卫生服务体系不可或缺的一部分,其建设与发展关系到人民生命、社会经济和国家安全。原卫生部1994年发布的《传染病医院基本标准》对传染病医院的规范发展发挥了重要作用。随着传染病疾病谱的改变、现代医学模式的转变,传染病医院面临新挑战、新要求,《传染病医院基本标准》已不能充分满足传染病医院功能定位和发展的需要,迫切面临修订。本文通过梳理国内传染病医院相关政策文件和国内外传染病医院发展模式,分析我国传染病医院面临的问题和原因,提出相应的修订建议。
Infectious disease hospitals are an indispensable part of China's disease prevention and control system,as well as in medical and health service system.Their development is related to people's lives,economic development and national security.The Standards for Infectious Disease Hospitals,issued by the former Ministry of Health in 1994,played a pivotal role in regulation of development of infectious disease hospitals.Along with the change of infectious disease spectrum and transformation of modern medical model,infectious disease hospitals are facing new challenges and requirements.The Standards for Infectious Disease Hospitals can not fully meet the needs of functional orientation and development of infectious disease hospitals,and is facing urgent demand of revision.In this paper,through combing the relevant policy documents of domestic infectious disease hospitals and the development modes of domestic infectious disease hospitals,the existing problems and causes are analyzed,and corresponding suggestions are put forward.
