风险管理在医院医学工程科医疗器械管理中的应用研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨医院医学工程科在管理医疗器材时应用风险管理模式的价值。方法选择在2020年1—12月本院医疗器械1000件,根据管理模式不同分组。在常规组中500件医疗器械提供常规管理模式,在试验组中500件医疗器械提供风险管理模式,统计两组管理效果。结果试验组器械小部件完好率为96.4%,医疗医疗器械摆列与摆放合格率为97.0%,器械规格与数量合格率为96.2%,附加物品放置合格率为96.8%,高于常规组的88.6%、90.2%、88.0%、91.6%,数据差异有统计学意(χ^(2)=21.924、19.298、23.104、12.373,P<0.05);试验组管理不良事件总发生率比常规组低,分别为1.6%、4.8%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.265,P<0.05);试验组收回及时评分为(91.81±4.07)分,供给及时评分为(92.04±5.28)分,包装质量评分为(93.24±5.67)分,高于常规组的(83.24±5.60)(82.83±5.16)(85.17±3.53)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.536、5.579、5.403,P<0.05)。结论通过以风险管理模式实施管理,可有效降低医学工程科不良管理事件发生的同时,还能够提升医疗器械管理质量与包装合格率,确保医疗器械安全应用,适宜临床深入研究与推广。 Objective To explore the value of applying risk management mode in the management of medical equipment in medical engineering department of hospital.Methods A total of 1000 pieces of medical devices were selected from January to December 2020 in our hospital,and divided into different groups according to different management modes.In the conventional group,500 pieces of medical devices were provided with conventional management mode,while in the experimental group,500 pieces of medical devices were provided with risk management mode.The management effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results In the experimental group,the qualified rate of device small parts was 96.4%,the qualified rate of medical device placement and placement was 97.0%,the qualified rate of device specification and quantity was 96.2%,and the qualified rate of additional articles placement was 96.8%,which were higher than 88.6%,90.2%,88.0%and 91.6%in the conventional group.The differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=21.924,19.298,23.104,12.373,P<0.05).The total incidence of management adverse events in experimental group was lower than that in conventional group(1.6%and 4.8%,respectively),with statistical significance(χ^(2)=8.265,P<0.05).The scores of timely recovery,supply and packaging quality in experimental group were(91.81±4.07),(92.04±5.28)points and(93.24±5.67)points,which were higher than those in conventional group of(83.24±5.60)(82.83±5.16)points and(85.17±3.53)points.The difference was statistically significant(t=5.536,5.579,5.403,P<0.05).Conclusion The risk management mode can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse management events in medical engineering department and improve the management quality and packaging qualification rate of medical devices to ensure the safe application of medical devices,which is suitable for in-depth clinical research and promotion.
