作业疗法对慢性精神分裂症患者康复效果和睡眠的影响

Effect of Occupational Therapy on Rehabilitation and Sleep of Patients With Chronic Schizophrenia

目的分析和探究作业疗法用于慢性精神分裂症患者的康复训练对其临床康复效果以及睡眠质量的影响结果和作用情况。方法选取88例精神科患者,就诊时间2020年2月—2021年2月,均确诊为慢性精神分裂症。采用抽签法随机分为常规组44例,予以常规治疗,研究组44例,予以作业疗法治疗,对两组的临床疗效、睡眠质量等情况进行统计学分析。结果治疗后,在阳性与阴性症状量表(positive and negative symptom scale,PANSS)评分方面,两组均有显著下降,研究组低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗总有效率方面,研究组(90.91%)高于常规组(75.00%)(P<0.05);在睡眠时间方面,研究组长于常规组(P<0.05);匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评分方面,研究组低于常规组(P<0.05);生活质量评分方面,研究组高于常规组(P<0.05);在临床总满意度方面,研究组(88.64%)高于常规组(70.45%)(P<0.05)。结论对慢性精神分裂症患者实施作业疗法康复训练,能够有效改善其睡眠质量和生活质量,促进神经功能恢复,提高临床治疗效果,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze and explore the effect of occupational therapy on clinical rehabilitation and sleep quality of patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods A total of 88 psychiatric patients were selected and diagnosed as chronic schizophrenia in February 2020 to February 2021.They were randomly divided into the conventional group(44 cases)for conventional treatment and the research group(44 cases)for occupational therapy.The clinical efficacy and sleep quality of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)scores in both groups were significantly decreased,and the study group was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(90.91%)was higher than that of the conventional group(75.00%)(P<0.05).In terms of sleep time,the study group was longer than the routine group(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Quality of life score in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).In terms of total clinical satisfaction,the study group(88.64%)was higher than the conventional group(70.45%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of occupational therapy rehabilitation training for patients with chronic schizophrenia can effectively improve their sleep quality and quality of life,promote the recovery of nerve function,improve the clinical treatment effect,has a high clinical application value.
