玫瑰痤疮应用小剂量盐酸米诺环素与窄谱强脉冲光治疗的效果

Effect of Low-dose Minocycline Hydrochloride Combined With Narrow-spectrum Intense Pulsed Light on Skin Gloss in Patients With Rose Acne

目的探讨玫瑰痤疮患者应用小剂量盐酸米诺环素联合窄谱强脉冲光治疗的效果以及对皮肤光泽度的影响。方法选取我院2018年5月—2021年5月收治的玫瑰痤疮患者70例,以随机数字表法分组。对照组35例接受小剂量盐酸米诺环素治疗,观察组35例接受小剂量盐酸米诺环素联合窄谱强脉冲光治疗,比较两组治疗效果、角质层水分含量、皮肤光泽度、免疫指标、美观度与不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后角质层水分含量与皮肤光泽度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后免疫球蛋白G(immune globulin G,IgG)与免疫球蛋白M(immune globulin M,IgM)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1个月、2个月与3个月的痤疮综合分级系统(globalacnegrading system,GAGS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后美观度优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论玫瑰痤疮患者应用小剂量盐酸米诺环素联合窄谱强脉冲光治疗的效果确切,可改善患者皮肤光泽度,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose minocycline hydrochloride combined with narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light on skin gloss in patients with rose acne.Methods A total of 70 patients with rosacea treated in our hospital from May 2018 to may 2021 were selected.35 cases in the control group were treated with low-dose minocycline hydrochloride and 35 cases in the observation group were treated with low-dose minocycline hydrochloride combined with narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light.The therapeutic effects,cuticle moisture content,skin gloss,immune indexes,aesthetics and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the moisture content of stratum corneum and skin gloss in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of immune globulin G(IgG)and immune globulin M(IgM)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of acne comprehensive grading system(GAGS)in the observation group at 1 month,2 months and 3 months after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of aesthetics in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of rose acne patients with low-dose minocycline hydrochloride combined with narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light was effective,can improve the skin gloss of patients,and has high safety.
