摘要 目的探讨高压氧治疗对高血压脑出血患者神经功能恢复的影响。方法将本院于2020年1月—2021年4月纳入的160例高血压脑出血患者纳入研究对象并随机分为两组,每组患者80例,其中实行高压氧治疗的为观察组,参照组实行常规治疗,比较两者治疗效果的差异。结果对比参照组,经过治疗后,观察组血肿体积及脑水肿体积均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组神经功能缺损评分更低,与参照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);和参照组相比较,观察组的治疗有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对高血压脑出血患者实行高压氧治疗,能使血肿及脑水肿体积缩小更快,使患者的神经功能恢复更好,安全性相对较高,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on nerve function recovery in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 160 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from January 2020 to April 2021 were included in the study and randomly divided into two groups,80 patients of each.Among them,the implementation of hyperbaric oxygen treatment was the observation group,and the reference group was the conventional treatment,and the difference between the treatment effect was compared.Results Compared with the reference group,the hematoma volume and cerebral edema volume were lower than those of the reference group,with significant difference(P<0.05),The neurological deficit score of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the effective rate of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can reduce hematoma and cerebral edema,restore nerve function better,has high safety and high clinical value.
