摘要
目的分析探讨甲状腺肿瘤患者的生化免疫检验中应用化学发光免疫测定技术的临床价值。方法选取2019年3月—2020年12月本院收治的160例确诊为甲状腺肿瘤的患者随机分成对照组及观察组,每组80例,分别实施放射免疫法、化学发光免疫测定技术,对两种检验方法的漏诊率、准确率及误诊率与血清指标阳性检出率展开对比分析。结果观察组甲状腺癌血清指标白细胞介素-17(interleukin 17,IL-17)、白细胞介素-35(interleukin 35,IL-35)、可溶性白介素-2受体(soluble interleukin-2 receptor,SLL-2R)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(thyroid peroxidase antibody,TPOAb)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(thyroglobulin antibody,TgAb)阳性检出率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组取得的准确率为97.50%,明显于对照组(81.25%),同时观察组漏诊率及误诊率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组甲状腺球蛋白水平(696.34±61.21)μg/L,甲状腺球蛋白抗体(18.25±1.02)IU/L,均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺肿瘤患者的生化免疫检验中应用化学发光免疫测定技术开展可取得更加理想的漏诊率、准确率及误诊率,同时血清指标阳性检出率也更加高,值得进一步推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of the application of chemiluminescence immunoassay technology in the biochemical immunoassay of patients with thyroid tumors.Methods A total of 160 patients with thyroid tumor diagnosed in our hospital from March 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 80 cases in each group.Radioimmunoassay and chemiluminescence immunoassay were performed respectively.The missed diagnosis rate,accuracy rate,misdiagnosis rate and positive detection rate of serum indexes of the two test methods were compared and analyzed.Results Serum indexes of thyroid cancer in the observation group,the positive rates of interleukin-17(IL-17),interleukin-35(IL-35),soluble interleukin-2 receptor(slL-2R),thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)and thyroglobulin antibody(TgAb)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The accuracy rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.25%),and the missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Thyroglobulin level(696.34±61.21)μg/L and thyroglobulin antibody(18.25±1.02)IU/L in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of chemiluminescence immunoassay technology in the biochemical immunoassay of patients with thyroid tumors can achieve more ideal specificity,accuracy and sensitivity.At the same time,the positive detection rate of serum indicators is also higher,which is worthy of further promotion.
