白葡奈氏菌片对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者炎性反应及呼吸力学的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Staphylococcus and Neisseria Tablet for Inflammatory Response and Respiratory Mechanics of Patients With Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探究与观察白葡奈氏菌片对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)患者炎性反应及呼吸力学的影响,以为慢阻肺的治疗提供参考依据。方法将2019年1月—2021年1月收治的100例慢阻肺患者依据随机数字表法分为对照组(常规慢阻肺治疗组)和观察组(常规慢阻肺治疗加白葡奈氏菌片组),每组各50例。比较两组治疗前及治疗3个月后的慢阻肺评估测试问卷(COPD Assessment Test^(TM),CAT)、血清炎性反应指标[肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)及白介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)]及呼吸力学指标[共振频率(resonant frequency,Fres)、5 Hz时的气道阻力(resistance at 5 Hz,R5)及总顺应性(total lung compliance,Ct)]。结果治疗前两组间的CAT评分、血清炎性反应指标及上述呼吸力学指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3个月后观察组的CAT评分显著优于对照组,血清炎性反应指标及Fres、R5显著低于对照组,Ct显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论白葡奈氏菌片在慢阻肺患者中的应用效果较好,且可显著改善患者的炎性反应及呼吸力学状态,因此在慢阻肺患者中的应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate and observe the influence of staphylococcus and neisseria tablet for inflammatory response and respiratory mechanics of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),in order to provide evidence for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from January 2019 to January 2021 were divided into control group(routine treatment for COPD group)and observation group(routine treatment for COPD and staphylococcus and neisseria tablet group)with 50 cases in each group by the method of random number table.Then the COPD Assessment TestTM(CAT score),serum inflammatory response indexes(tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α],interleukin-6[IL-6]and interleukin-10[IL-10])and respiratory mechanics indexes(resonant frequency[Fres],resistance at 5 Hz[R5]and total lung compliance[Ct])of two groups before the treatment and at third month after the treatment were compared.Results The differences between CAT score,serum inflammatory response indexes and respiratory mechanics indexes of two groups before the treatment were not significant(P>0.05),the CAT score of observation group at third month after the treatment was significantly better than that of control group,the serum inflammatory response indexes and Fres,R5 were significantly lower than those of control group,the Ct was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of staphylococcus and neisseria tablet in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is better,and it can significantly improve the inflammatory response and respiratory mechanics state,so its application value in the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is higher.
