精益医疗思维提高24小时院感预警处理率

Improvement of Lean Healthcare Thinking on the Early Warning Processing Rate of 24 h Hospital Infection

目的探讨分析应用精益医疗思维进行管理对医院24 h院感预警处理率的影响。方法选取2020年7月—2021年6月于院感实时监控系统响起的预警信息作为调查对象。根据干预方式将其分为对照组(2020年7—8月)和干预组(2020年9月—2021年6月)。对照组进行常规管理;干预组进行精益管理。记录并比较两组医院院感病例迟报率及院感预警处理率之间的差异。结果干预组24 h院感病例迟报率比对照组低,24 h院感预警处理率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(3.45%vs 76.19%,96.01%vs 13.46%,P<0.05)。结论临床应用精益医疗思维进行管理可以提高24 h院感预警处理率。

Objective To investigate the effect of lean healthcare thinking on the early warning processing rate of 24 h hospital infection.Methods From July 2020 to June 2021,the early warning messages sounded from the hospital infection real-time monitoring system were selected as the object of study and divided into control group(from July to August 2020)and intervention group(from September 2020 to June 2021)according to the intervention methods.The control group implemented routine control work,while the intervention group performed lean management.The difference between the late reporting rate of hospital infection and the early warning processing rate of hospital infection between the two groups was recorded and compared.Results The late reporting rate of 24 h hospital infection in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the early warning processing rate of 24 h hospital infection was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(6.25%vs 76.19%,91.18%vs 13.50%,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of lean healthcare thinking in management can improve the early warning processing rate of 24 h hospital infection.
