环节控制对中医诊疗器具相关性皮肤感染的控制效果

The Effect of Link Control on the Control of Skin Infection Associated With TCM Diagnosis and Treatment Equipment

目的探讨中医诊疗器具管理中实施环节控制对提高医院感染管理质量的效果。方法选取环节控制前2018年1—12月的针灸科和康复科住院患者300例纳入对照组,另选取环节控制后2019年1—12月住院患者300例纳入观察组。比较中医诊疗器具管理环节控制实施前后针灸科和康复科患者中医诊疗器具相关性皮肤及软组织感染发生率和中医诊疗器具抽检合格率。结果环节控制策略实施前,院感科对中医诊疗器具抽检的合格率为84.90%,低于环节控制策略实施后的中医诊疗器具抽检合格率96.70%(P<0.05)。环节控制策略实施前,院感科对针灸科和康复科中医诊疗器具相关性皮肤及软组织感染率2.67%,高于环节控制策略实施后的院内感染率0.33%(P<0.05)。结论中医诊疗器具管理中环节控制的实施,能够有效提高中医诊疗器具的清洗消毒灭菌抽检合格率,有利于中医诊疗器具相关性皮肤及软组织感染的降低,对于加强院内感染控制,改善患者预后具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the effect of link control in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diagnosis and treatment equipment management on improving the quality of hospital infection management.Methods A total of 300 inpatients in the Department of Acupuncture and Rehabilitation from January to December 2018 before the link control were included in the control group,and another 300 inpatients from January to December 2019 after the link control were included in the observation group.The incidence of skin and soft tissue infection related to TCM diagnosis and treatment devices and the qualified rate of sampling examination of TCM diagnosis and treatment devices were compared before and after the implementation of TCM diagnosis and treatment devices management control.Results Before the implementation of the link control strategy,the qualified rate of sampling examination of TCM diagnosis and treatment devices in the Department of Hospital Infection-control was 84.90%,lower than the qualified rate of sampling examination of TCM diagnosis and treatment devices after the implementation of the link control strategy of 96.70%(P<0.05).Before the implementation of the link control strategy,the nosocomial infection rate of skin and soft tissue infection related to TCM diagnosis and treatment devices in the department of Acupuncture and Rehabilitation Department was 2.67%,which was higher than the nosocomial infection rate of 0.33%after the implementation of the link control strategy(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of link control in the management of TCM diagnosis and treatment equipment can effectively improve the qualified rate of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization of TCM diagnosis and treatment equipment,which is conducive to the reduction of skin and soft tissue infection associated with TCM diagnosis and treatment equipment.It is of great significance to strengthen nosocomial infection control and improve the prognosis of patients.
