腹盆腔恶性肿瘤术后VTE预防措施的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Postoperative VTE Preventive Measures for Abdominal and Pelvic Malignant Tumors

目的探讨腹盆腔恶性肿瘤术后静脉血栓栓塞症(venous thromboembolism,VTE)的适宜预防措施。方法选取2020年6月—2021年2月在我院行手术治疗的腹盆腔恶性肿瘤患者200例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例,对照组患者予常规检查、健康教育及运动锻炼指导;观察组患者予医护一体化干预。比较两组VTE发生率和患者满意度的差异。结果观察组VTE发生率低于对照组,而该组患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化干预可有效降低腹盆腔恶性肿瘤术后VTE发生率,提升患者满意度。

Objective To explore the appropriate preventive measures of venous thromboembolism(VTE)after surgery for abdominal and pelvic malignant tumors.Methods From June 2020 to February 2021,A total of 200 cases of patients with abdominal and pelvic malignant tumor undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 100 patients in each group.The control group patients were given routine examination,health education and exercise guidance.Observation group received integrated intervention of medical care.The incidence of VTE and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of VTE in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated intervention of medical care can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative VTE for abdominal and pelvic malignant tumors and improve patient satisfaction.
