慈溪市农房防灾预警系统构想与实践

Conception and Practice of Disaster Prevention and Warning System for Rural Houses in Cixi City

近年来,多起农房倒塌事故造成了较大的人员伤亡,引起社会的广泛关注。为更好地进行房屋使用安全管理,慈溪市在原有专业化动态监测系统的基础上,对预警对象房屋的特点、预警灾害种类和影响特征进行分析,开发了“慈溪市老旧农房防灾预警系统”,填补了预警盲区,并根据灾害和房屋种类区分预警级别,实现了农房防灾“一键精确预警”。

In recent years,many collapse accidents of urban residential buildings have caused great casualties and aroused widespread concern of the society.For a better house use safety management,based on the original professional dynamic monitoring system,“Disaster Prevention and Warning System for Old Rural Houses in Cixi City”was developed.To have this job done,it was analyzed of the characteristics of urban residential buildings and different disasters.This new warning system filed the blind area of the original system,and rated the level of warning according to the disasters and building situation.It has realized“One-click Warning”of disaster of rural houses.
