摘要
本研究分析了酵母抽提物的谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量及肽分子相对分子质量分布。结合酵母抽提物(YE)的抗氧化和抑制酪氨酸酶活性能力以及分子对接结果可知,酵母抽提物具有较好的抗氧化和美白活性,尤其是其抑制酪氨酸酶活性强于熊果苷,与维生素C相近。因此将酵母抽提物制备成一款抗氧化和美白啫喱面膜,具有较好的可行性。
The glutathione content and the molecular weight distribution of peptide in the yeast extract(YE) were analyzed in this study. It shows that the yeast extract(YE) has good resistance to oxidation and whitening active, particularly its tyrosinase activity is better than arbutin, similar to vitamin C, according to the yeast extract(YE) antioxidant, inhibit tyrosinase activity and molecular docking results. So an anti-oxidation and whitening gel mask, prepared with the yeast extract(YE) preparation,exhibits good feasibility.
