高效液相色谱法测定吡咯烷酮羧酸钠含量

Quantitative Determination of Sodium Pyrrolidone Carboxylate by HPLC

建立了高效液相色谱法测定吡咯烷酮羧酸钠含量的方法。采用AlpHasil VC-NH2色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm),以乙腈-pH为3的0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(体积比65/35)为流动相,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为205nm。吡咯烷酮羧酸钠在质量浓度50.28~150.83μg/mL范围内与其峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),定量限为105.70ng/mL,回收率为98.51%~101.90%。

A method for content determination of sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate(PCA-Na)solution by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was developed.The test was performed in AlpHasil VC-NH2 column(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm)under the isocratic elution of acetonitrile and 0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(pH=3)(volume ratio 65/35).The flow rate was 1 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 205 nm.The linear ranges of PCA-Na fell into 50.28-150.83μg/mL(r=0.9998)and the limit of detection was 105.70 ng/mL.The recoveries varied from 98.51%to 101.90%.
