摘要
设计单位开展工程总承包,可以充分发挥设计单位的技术优势,调动设计积极性,从而达到在顶层设计阶段和项目实施阶段,依靠限额设计优势合理地优化设计,确保项目在不超投资的情况下实现项目功能。分析了传统的设计单位在工程总承包实施阶段,项目管理体系的完备性、项目管理的成熟度、总承包管理人才、社会资源整合能力、抗风险能力等方面存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。
The design unit undertaking project general contracting is able to give full play to the technical advantages of design unit,mobilize design enthusiasm,properly optimize the design at limited cost during the period of toplevel design and project implementation,so as to ensure the functions of project are realized without exceeding the investment limit.The author analyzed the problems of traditional design units at the implementation stage of project general contracting such as the completeness of project management system,maturity of project management,general contracting management talents,ability to integrate social resources and anti-risk capability,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
