摘要
本文以湖南工程职业技术学院地质类专业实践育人案例为研究对象,从育人理念更新、实践条件建设、教学内容优化、育人方式手段改进、师资团队构建五方面如何实施实践育人进行了探索研究,在理论上创新丰富了“山水育人”内涵,提出了校内地下勘探工程情境教学工场的设想;在教学改革实践上,通过情境教学工场的构建,推动课程建设、深化校企合作,优化师资团队建设;实践育人效果显著,取得很好的社会反响。
Focusing on the case of practice education of geological and other related majors in Hunan Vocational College of Engineering, five aspects including the renewal of education concept, the construction of practice conditions, the optimization of teaching content, the improvement of teaching methods, and the formation of teaching team are support to practice education. It enriches the connotation of the natural environment cultivation, and inspires the idea of underground exploration in school. What’s more, it can promote the curriculum construction, enterprise cooperation and the teacher team construction, wins the remarkable education effect and good social response.
