学科竞赛是地方高校培养创新、创业人才的重要手段,是实现教师价值以及地方高校人才培养目的的有效途径。本文通过对学科竞赛当下发展状况及未来发展趋势的分析,围绕学科竞赛在培养应用型人才方面的作用,剖析地方高校在学科竞赛组织等方面的问题,以提高应用型人才培养为目标,研究学科竞赛如何助力地方应用型高校人才培养,总结现状,归纳缺陷,提出建议。

Subject competition is an important means for local colleges to train innovative and entrepreneurial talents, which is an effective way to realize the value of teachers and the purpose of talent training in local colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the current and future development trend of subject competition, analyzes the problems of local universities in the discipline competition organization and so on, focusing on the role of discipline competition in training applied talents. Aiming at improving the training of applied talents, this paper studies how to help local applied universities to train talents, summarizes the status quo, summarizes the defects and puts forward suggestions.
