民族地区高职院校“十四五”发展对策研究

Research on the Development Strategy of Ethnic Regions Higher Vocational Colleges During the “14th Five-year Plan”

“十三五”期间,党和国家非常重视民族地区高职教育事业发展,民族地区高职院校在培养技术技能型人才、推动区域经济发展上取得良好成效,学校发展基础得到较大提升。依据国家《国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标纲要》《国家职业教育改革实施方案》,结合民族地区高职院校发展共性,研究“十四五”发展思路,总结“十四五”发展对策,推动民族地区高职院校在新发展阶段践行新发展理念,实现高质量育人。

During the 13 th Five Year Plan period, the Party and the State attach great importance to the development of higher vocational education in ethnic regions. Higher vocational colleges in ethnic regions have achieved good results in training technical and skilled talents and promoting regional economic development, and the foundation of development has been greatly improved. According to the national “Outline of the 14 th Five-year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Vision for 2035” and “Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform”, combined with the common development of higher vocational colleges in various ethnic regions, this paper studies the “14 th five-year” development ideas, summarizes some “14 th five-year” development countermeasures, and promotes higher vocational colleges in various ethnic regions to practice new development ideas in the new development stage, so as to realize the goal of higher vocational education reform high quality education.
