新媒体时代网络对青少年心理健康教育的影响探析

当前网络发展迅速,我国已经进入了新媒体时代,人们的生活处处都离不开网络,网络在提高人们生活质量的同时,也带来了一些问题。网络环境下青少年的心理健康教育越来越受到关注,依靠网络支持,对青少年展开心理健康教育,能够直接影响青少年的成长过程。本文在分析青少年在网络环境中的心理特征的同时,重点针对新时代网络对青少年心理健康的影响及在网络环境下开展青少年心理健康教育的对策进行探索。

With the rapid development of network, China has entered the new media era. People’s life is inseparable from the network everywhere. The network not only improves people’s quality of life, but also brings some problems. Under the network environment, teenagers’ mental health education has attracted more and more attention. Relying on the network support to carry out mental health education for teenagers can directly affect the growth process of teenagers. While analyzing the psychological characteristics of teenagers in the network environment, this paper focuses on the impact of the network on teenagers’ mental health in the new era and the countermeasures of developing teenagers’ mental health education in the network environment.
