外敷复方多粘菌素B对混合痔术后创面愈合及疼痛水肿的效果观察

The Efficacy Observation of Externally Dressing Compound Polymyxin B on Wound-surface Healing and relieving Pain and Edema after Surgery for Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的:观察外敷复方多粘菌素B对混合痔术后创面愈合及疼痛水肿的效果。方法:将混合痔患者60例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者采用马应龙麝香痔疮膏涂抹肛周,观察组患者采用外敷复方多粘菌素B涂抹肛周,比较2组患者创面愈合时间,术后1d及术后7d时水肿情况,静息时、排便时疼痛状况及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05);术后7d观察组患者静息时VAS评分、排便时VAS评分、水肿评分及不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对混合痔术后患者外敷复方多粘菌素B可缩短创面愈合时间,缓解术后疼痛,减轻肛门水肿,且安全性高。

Objective To observe the efficacy of externally dressing compound polymyxin B on wound-surface healing and relieving pain and edema following mixed hemorrhoids procedure.Methods Randomly divided 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids into control group(30 cases,painting Mayinglong Zhichuang Gao,a TCM ointment,for hemorrhoids,around anus)and observation group(30 cases,instead of compound polymyxin B or dressing);then compared both groups’wound-surface healing time,as well as edema status at 1 day and 7 days after surgery;also,pain intensity when defecation and at resting;the incidence of adverse reactioon.Results In wound-surface healing time observation group was shorter than control group(P<0.05);in the incidence of adverse reaction,as well as in the VAS ratings on pain,when resting,and when defecation at 7 days after surgery observation group was all lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with ointment,externally dressing compound polymyxin B can shorten wound-surface healing time,,relieve postoperative pain,reduce anal edema,which has high safety.
