双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗产后便秘的疗效观察

Effect Observation of Bifidobacterium Triplet Living Bacteria Capsule in the Treatment of Postpartum Constipation

目的:观察双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗产后便秘的临床疗效。方法:将112例产后便秘患者随机分为常规组和治疗组,每组56例。常规组患者接受常规治疗方案,治疗组患者在常规组的基础上给予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗,比较2组患者的疗效。结果:治疗组患者总有效率明显高于常规组(P<0.05),治疗组患者在分娩后第1~4周排便次数明显多于常规组(P<0.05),治疗组大便性状正常率明显高于常规组(P<0.05),2组患者未出现明显的恶心呕吐、腹泻等不良反应。结论:双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗产后便秘疗效显著,能够有效的增加排便次数,改善大便性状,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of bifidobacterium triplet living bacteria capsule in the treatment of postpartum constipation.Methods 112patients with postpartum constipation were randomly divided into routine group(n=56,received the routine treatment scheme)and treatment group(n=56,treated with bifidobacterium triplet living bacteria capsule based on the routine group),the curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05),the number of defecation times during 1-4 weeks after delivery in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05),and the normal rate of stool characters in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting and diarrhea in the patients of the two groups.Conclusion Bifidobacterium triplet living bacteria capsule is effective in the treatment of postpartum constipation.It can effectively increase the number of defecation and improve the characteristics of stool without obvious adverse reactions.
