综合护理干预在直肠癌术后肛周脓肿患者中的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients with Perianal Abscess after Rectal Cancer Operation

目的:观察综合护理干预在直肠癌术后肛周脓肿患者中的应用效果。方法:将54例直肠癌术后肛周脓肿患者随机分为常规组和干预组,每组27例。常规组患者采用常规护理干预,干预组患者采用综合护理干预,比较2组患者护理效果。结果:干预组患者总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05),干预后干预组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于常规组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率低于常规组(P<0.05),生活质量高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:对直肠癌术后肛周脓肿患者进行综合护理干预既可增强疗效,降低术后并发症发生率,还可改善患者的情绪状态以及提高其生活质量。

Objective To observe the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with perianal abscess after rectal cancer operation.Methods 54patients with perianal abscess after rectal cancer operation were randomly divided into routine group(n=27,treated with routine nursing intervention)and intervention group(n=27,treated with comprehensive nursing intervention),then the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of patients in the intervention group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the intervention group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05),the incidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05),and the quality of life in the intervention group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with perianal abscess after rectal cancer operation can not only enhance the curative effect,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,but also improve the emotional state of patients and improve their quality of life.
