基于改进NSGA-Ⅱ的主轴承组合结构协调匹配设计方法研究

摘要 针对主轴承组合结构协调性评价研究较少且协调匹配设计方法不明确的问题,基于层次分析法,以主轴承组合结构的强度、刚度、接触强度及质量作为匹配目标,提出了主轴承组合结构的协调性评价准则,构建了协调匹配设计的数学模型。采用基于FSCS-ART算法和混合自适应策略的改进NSGA-Ⅱ算法求解数学模型,确定主轴承组合结构协调匹配设计方案。结果表明:优化后主轴承组合结构的强度协调性、变形协调性和接触强度协调性分别提升了16.63%,19.06%和3.99%;组合结构总体协调性提升了14.49%;经验证,改进NSGA-Ⅱ算法生成的种群个体分布更加均匀且解的收敛效率更高。 Aiming at the shortage of coordination evaluation research and the uncertainty of coordinated matching design methods,the coordination evaluation criteria of main bearing combined structure was proposed and the mathematical model of coordinated matching design was constructed in order to optimize the strength,stiffness,contact strength and mass.The mathematical model was solved by improved NSGA-Ⅱ based on FSCS-ART algorithm and hybrid adaptive strategy.The coordinated matching design scheme of main bearing combined structure was determined.The results show that the coordination of strength,deformation and contact strength improve by 16.63%,19.06% and 3.99% respectively after optimization.The overall coordination improves by 14.49%.It has been verified that the population distribution generated by the improved NSGA-Ⅱis more uniform and the convergence efficiency of solution is higher.
