复发性肠套叠的研究进展

Research progress of recurrent intussusception

肠套叠是婴幼儿时期最常见的急腹症之一。随着医学进步,肠套叠的诊治率逐步提高,且多数患儿经非手术治疗方法可复位。然而,由于缺乏有针对性的预防措施,肠套叠复位后再发的风险仍比较高。尤其目前复发性肠套叠的预防及治疗方案仍存在较多争议。文章就复发性肠套叠的发病特点、诊疗方案、手术选择以及预防等进行综述。

Intussusception is one of the most common acute abdominal problems in infancy.With medical progress,the diagnosis and treatment rate of intussusception has gradually improved,and a majority of children can be reduced by non-surgical treatment.However,the risk of recurrence after intussusception reduction remains high due to the lack of targeted preventive measures.In particular,the prevention and treatment of recurrent intussusception are still controversial.Here,we review the research progress of recurrent intussusception.
