中医治未病理念与方法在慢性病管理中的应用

Application of the concept and method of TCM preventive treatment of diseases in the management of chronic diseases

目的:探讨中医治未病理念与方法在慢性病管理中的应用。方法:对2010-2021年中国期刊全文数据库和万方数据知识服务平台收录的与慢性病管理和治未病相关的文献进行系统综述。结果:总结了国内外慢性病管理的研究现状及存在的问题,并总结提炼了中医治未病的内涵及其在慢性病管理中的应用。结论:中医治未病理论在慢性病管理方面发挥了重要作用,我们要将中医治未病理论应用到慢性病管理中,探索出一条具有中国特色的慢性病管理道路,更好地推动慢性病的管理与防治。

Objective: To explore the application of the concept and method of TCM preventive treatment of diseases in the management of chronic diseases. Methods: This paper systematically reviewed literature related to chronic disease management and TCM preventive treatment of diseases collected from CNKI and Wanfang Data from 2010 to 2021. Results: The research status and existing problems of chronic disease management at home and abroad were summarized. The connotation and application of TCM preventive treatment of diseases in chronic disease management were summarized and refined. Conclusion: The theory of TCM preventive treatment of diseases plays an important role in the management of chronic diseases. We should apply the theory of TCM preventive treatment of diseases into chronic disease management to explore a path of chronic disease management with Chinese characteristics and better promote the management and prevention of chronic diseases.
