自拟益肾活血方辅助西医治疗脑梗死后记忆功能障碍疗效探讨

Effect of the Yishen Huoxue prescription in the treatment of memory dysfunction after cerebral infarction

目的:探讨自拟益肾活血方辅助西医治疗脑梗死后记忆功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:本次研究纳入泸州市人民医院2019年1月-2020年3月收治的脑梗死后记忆功能障碍患者共70例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例;其中对照组采用单纯西医治疗,观察组则在西医治疗基础上加用自拟益肾活血方治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血管性痴呆中医证候积分量表(Vascular Dementia Syndrome Differentiation Scale,SDSVD)评分、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Mo CA量表,Montreal Cognitive Assessment)评分、简明精神状态检查量表(Mini-mental State Examination,MMSE)评分及日常生活能力量表(Activity of Daily Living Scale,ADL)评分。结果:观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P <0.05),治疗后SDSVD量表评分、Mo CA量表评分及MMSE量表评分均显著优于对照组、治疗前(P <0.05),ADL量表评分显著低于对照组、治疗前(P <0.05)。结论:自拟益肾活血方辅助西医治疗脑梗死后记忆功能障碍可有效减轻症状体征,改善记忆功能和智力水平,并有助于提高日常生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the Yishen Huoxue prescription(益肾活血方)in the treatment of memory dysfunction after cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 70 patients with memory impairment after cerebral infarction admitted to Luzhou People’s Hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were included in this study.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with pure Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with the Yishen Huoxue prescription more.The clinical efficacy,SDSVD scale,MoCA scale,MMSE scale and ADL scale before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy in the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SDSVD scale,MoCA scale and MMSE scale in the observation group after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group and those before treatment(P<0.05).The ADL scale score in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group and that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yishen Huoxue prescription can help Western medicine to treat the memory dysfunction after cerebral infarction,it can effectively reduce symptoms and signs,improve memory function and intelligence level,and help to improve the quality of daily life.
