中医辨证论治对功能性出口梗阻型便秘患者的肛肠动力学影响

Effect of TCM syndrome differentiation on anorectal dynamics of patients with functional outlet obstruction constipation

目的:探究中医辨证论治对功能性出口梗阻型便秘患者的肛肠动力学影响。方法:选取我院收治的140例功能性出口梗阻型便秘患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组70例。其中对照组使用半乳醣甙果糖进行治疗,试验组则使用中医辨证论治,口服相应中草药剂。对比两组患者治疗后的临床疗效,对比两组患者肛肠动力学中肛管最大收缩压、肛管最长收缩时间、直肠静息压、肛管静息压的指标。结果:经过系统的治疗后,两组患者均产生有效的效果,试验组治疗后疗效评价效果显著,两组患者治疗后肛管最大收缩压、肛管最长收缩时间、直肠静息压、肛管静息压指标均小于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:中医辨证论治对功能性出口梗阻型便秘患者有着良好的治疗效果,值得在临床治疗中应用和推广。

Objective: To explore the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation on anorectal dynamics of patients with functional outlet obstruction constipation. Methods: A total of 140 patients with functional outlet obstruction constipation in Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University were selected as the research subjects, and were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 70cases in each group. The control group was treated with Lactulose Oral Solution, while the experimental group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine. The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared, and the anorectal dynamics indicators of the maximum anal systolic pressure(AMCP), the longest anal systolic time(ALCT),the rectal resting pressure(RRP) and the anal resting pressure(ARP) were compared between the two groups. Results: After systematic treatment, both groups of patients had effective effect, the treatment effect of the experimental group was more significant. After treatment,the indexes of AMCP, ALCT, RRP and ARP of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.001). Conclusion:TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation has a good therapeutic effect on patients with functional outlet obstruction constipation,which is worthy of application and promotion in clinical treatment.
