黄葵胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of the Huangkui capsule plus valsartan on diabetic nephropathy

目的:探讨黄葵胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将2018年2月-2020年3月在菏泽市牡丹人民医院内分泌科治疗的146例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组,对照组使用缬沙坦治疗,观察组使用黄葵胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、肾功能及蛋白尿指标、炎性因子及肾小管损伤指标、不良反应。结果:观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗后血清尿素氮(Blood Ure Nitrogen,BUN)、血肌酐(Creatinine,Cr)、尿白蛋白排泄率(Urinary Albumin Excretion Rates,UAER)、肾小球滤过率(Glomerular Filtration Rate,GFR)、胱抑素-C(Cystatin-C,Cys-C)、24 h尿蛋白水平均明显低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗后白细胞介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-microglobulin,β2-MG)、视黄醇结合蛋白均明显低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组恶心呕吐、腹泻、头晕等不良反应发生率与对照组相比无明显差异(P> 0.05)。结论:黄葵胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效显著,能有效改善肾功能,减少尿蛋白排泄,减少炎症反应,保护肾小管功能,达到改善病情的目的。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Huangkui capsule(黄葵胶囊)plus valsartan on diabetic nephropathy.Methods:A total of 146 diabetic nephropathy patients treated in the Department of Endocrinology of Mudan People’s Hospital from February 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with valsartan,the observation group received the Huangkui capsule plus valsartan.The clinical efficacy,renal function and proteinuria indexes,inflammatory factors and renal tubular injury indexes,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The urinary protein levels of BUN,Cr,UAER,GFR,CYS-C and 24h in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,IL-6,Hs-CRP,β2-MG and RBP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,diarrhea and dizziness in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Huangkui capsule plus valsartan has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,which can effectively improve renal function,reduce urinary protein excretion,reduce inflammation,protect renal tubular function,and achieve the goal of improving the condition.
