益气活肾汤对慢性肾功能衰竭维持性血液透析患者预后的影响

The effect of the Yiqi Huoshen decoction on prognosis of chronic renal failure patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis

目的:研究慢性肾功能衰竭患者接受维持性血液透析治疗时应用益气活肾汤的临床效果及对患者预后的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年7月期间至茂名市电白区中医院接受维持性血液透析治疗的慢性肾功能衰竭患者92例作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组46例,对照组仅接受临床常规治疗,观察组在此基础予以服用益气活肾汤配合治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后肾功能指标变化情况,并对比两组患者治疗前后的生活质量评价量表(The Mos Item Short From Health Survey,SF-36)评分情况及其简易精神状态评价量表(Mini-mental State Examination,MMSE)评分情况以观察其预后。结果:观察组治疗后的肾功能指标SF-36评分及MMSE评分情况均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:对接受维持性血液透析治疗的慢性肾功能衰竭患者采用益气活肾汤辅助治疗可有效改善患者的肾功能指标,同时也可提高患者治疗期间及治疗后的生活质量和精神状态,对患者预后有着积极影响,其临床价值较高,建议予以推广应用。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of the Yiqi Huoshen decoction(益气活肾汤)and its prognostic effect on patients with chronic renal failure undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:A total of 92 patients with chronic renal failure who received maintenance hemodialysis treatment in Dianbai District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and all patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 46 patients in each group.The control group received only clinical routine treatment,and the observation group was given the Yiqi Huoshen decoction more.The changes of renal function indexes in the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the SF-36 score and MMSE score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment to observe the prognosis.Results:The renal function index,SF-36 score and MMSE score in the observation group were better than those in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yiqi Huoshen decoction can effectively improve the renal function index of chronic renal failure patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis treatment.At the same time,it can also improve the quality of life and mental state of patients during and after treatment,and has a positive effect on the prognosis of patients.Its clinical value is high,and it is recommended to be popularized and applied.
