四君子汤治疗中医内科疾病脾胃气虚证的疗效

Effect of the Sijunzi decoction on spleen and stomach Qi-deficiency syndrome of TCM internal diseases

目的:探讨四君子汤治疗中医内科疾病脾胃气虚证的疗效。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年5月收治的脾胃气虚证患者94例,随机分成两组,对照组进行常规方法治疗,研究组辅以四君子汤加减治疗,对比两组患者食欲不振等症状的变化。结果:研究组患者的诊疗效果明显好于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生情况明显少于对照组(P<0.05),患者抑郁自评量表积分、焦虑自评量表积分评分低于对照组(P<0.05),复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四君子汤治疗脾胃气虚证效果很好,复发率低,治愈率以及性价比高,非常具有实用价值,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of the Sijunzi decoction(四君子汤)on spleen and stomach Qi-deficiency(气虚)syndrome of TCM internal diseases.Methods:A total of 94 patients with spleen and stomach Qi-deficiency syndrome admitted from January 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group was supplemented with the Sijunzi decoction.The symptoms of anorexia were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment effect of patients in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of SDS and SAS in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Sijunzi decoction has a good effect in the treatment of spleen and stomach Qi-deficiency syndrome,it is with low recurrence rate,high cure rate and high cost performance.It is of great practical value and worthy of wide clinical application.
