新生代农民工职业适应能力提升对策研究——基于安徽省的调查数据

On the Countermeasures to Improve the Career Adaptability of the New Generation of Migrant Workers:Based on the Survey Data of Anhui Province

职业适应能力直接影响新生代农民工的职业发展和提升,探讨新生代农民工职业适应能力的状况和提升策略具有重要意义。采用问卷调查法,采集安徽省新生代农民工的有效问卷数据562份,应用SPSS24.0统计分析软件开展分析研究。结果显示新生代农民工的职业控制和职业自信较好,但职业好奇和职业关注有所欠缺;职业责任心较强,但是职业长远规划有所不足;年龄、文化程度、在职年限等个体差异对其职业适应能力的影响较大。研究认为,要对新生代农民工加强职业生涯规划教育、强化职业技能教育培训、开展高等学历继续教育、化解婚姻家庭难题、提升就业稳定性。

The career adaptability of the new generation of migrant workers directly affects their career development and promotion.It is of great significance to explore the situation and promotion strategies of the career adaptability of the new generation of migrant workers.The research applied the questionnaire research method,collected 562 valid questionnaire data of the new generation of migrant workers in Anhui Province,and analyzed the data by SPSS24.0 software.The results show that the new generation of migrant workers perform well in career control and career confidence,but not so well in career curiosity and career concern;they have strong sense of professional responsibility,but their long-term career planning is insufficient;their career adaptability is greatly influenced by individual differences such as age,educational level,working years,etc.The research suggests that we should strengthen career planning education,career skills education and training for the new generation of migrant workers,promote them to receive higher continuing education,resolve their marriage and family problems,and improve their employment stability.
