外贸企业变革型领导力对创新行动的影响研究——学习敏捷性的中介作用

The Effect of Transformational Leadership on Innovative Behavior in Foreign Trade Enterprises:Focused on the Mediating Effect of Learning Agility

摘要 文章以外贸企业从业者为研究对象,收取了283份有效问卷,并使用AMOS 23.0和SPSS 26.0进行数据分析,用以研究变革型领导力、学习敏捷性和创新行动三者的关系。研究结果表明,变革型领导力对学习敏捷性和创新行动有显著的正向影响,学习敏捷性对创新行动也有显著的正向影响,学习敏捷性在两者中间起到中介作用。借此外贸企业可以为领导提供系统的领导力培训以及在企业内部创建学习空间和成立学习小组。 This paper takes foreign trade enterprise practitioners as the research object,collected 283 valid questionnaires,and used AMOS 23.0 and SPSS 26.0 for data analysis to research on the relationship between transformational leadership,learning agility and innovative behavior.The research results show that transformational leadership has a significantly positive impact on learning agility and innovative behavior.In addition,learning agility also has a positive impact on innovative behavior,and learning agility plays a mediating role between the other two.Through this,foreign trade enterprises can provide systematic leadership training for leaders and create learning spaces and set up a study groups within the enterprise.
