数字普惠金融对城市经济高质量发展的影响及其传导机制研究——来自中部地区79个地级市的经验数据

Research on the Impact of Digital Financial Inclusion on the High-Quality Development of Urban Economy and Its Transmission Mechanism-Empirical Data from 79 Prefecture-Level Cities in the Central Region of China

为探究数字普惠金融对中部地区城市经济高质量的影响,本文选取2011—2018年中部地区79个城市相关数据,通过运用空间计量模型、门槛模型和中介模型进行实证分析。研究发现:(1)数字普惠金融显著促进了中部地区城市经济高质量发展且具有空间效应、分解效应和门限效应;(2)数字普惠金融对中部地区南方城市经济高质量的促进作用强于中部地区北方城市;对中部地区等级更高城市经济高质量发展水平的促进作用强于中部地区等级较低城市;(3)数字普惠金融主要通过激励企业家创新创业活动,改善要素配置效率,进而提升中部地区城市经济高质量发展。因此,实现中部地区城市经济高质量发展,必须加快落实网络基础设施建设,加强城市间的协同效应,提高企业家创新创业的积极性,改善要素配置效率。

In order to explore the impact of digital inclusive finance on the high-quality development of urban economy in central China,this paper selects the relevant data of 79 cities in central China from 2011 to 2018 and conducts empirical analysis using spatial econometric model,threshold model and intermediary model.The results show that:(1)digital inclusive finance significantly promotes the high-quality development of urban economy in central China and has spatial effect,decomposition effect and threshold effect;(2)Digital inclusive finance plays a stronger role in promoting economic quality in southern cities than northern cities in central China.The promotion effect on the high-quality economic development of cities with higher grades in central China is stronger than that of cities with lower grades.(3)Digital inclusive finance mainly stimulates entrepreneurs'innovation and start-up activities,improves the efficiency of factor allocation,and thus promotes the high-quality development of urban economy in central China.Therefore,to achieve the high-quality development of urban economy in central China,we must accelerate the implementation of network infrastructure construction,strengthen the synergistic effect between cities,improve the enthusiasm of entrepreneurs in innovation and entrepreneurship and improve the efficiency of factor allocation.
