摘要
某项目为超高层建筑,塔楼标准层建筑面积逐层内收,楼层边柱均为倾斜型钢混凝土柱,西立面为折线形内收变化,施工技术难度高,施工风险大,建设管理要求高,沿用传统的设计手段和经验管理模式很难实施。该项目有必要在参建各方建立统一的BIM综合管理平台,在统一的数据库系统、统一的流程框架下进行作业。文章着重介绍BIM+信息化技术在某超高层建筑项目建设管理中的应用及基于BIM技术的创新应用,为后续超高层建筑施工提供经验。
This project is a super high-rise building.The standard floor area of the tower is internalized layer by layer,the side columns of the floors are all inclined steel concrete columns,and the west elevation is a polyline-shaped inward change.The construction technology is difficult,the construction risk is high,and the construction management requirements are high,and it is difficult to implement the traditional design methods and experience management mode.It is necessary for this project to establish a unified BIM integrated management platform for all parties involved in the construction,and operate under a unified database system and a unified process framework.This article focuses on the main application of BIM+information technology in the construction and management of a super high-rise building project and the innovative application based on BIM technology,and provides valuable experience for subsequent super high-rise building construction。
