基于BIM技术的绿色建筑设计——以许兴小学新建工程项目为例

Green Building Design Based on BIM Technology——Taking the New Construction Project of Xuxing Primary School as an Example

采用绿色建筑设计理念能减少设计、施工以及使用过程中消耗的资源,减少建筑垃圾的产生,减轻对环境的破坏。再结合BIM技术的科学应用,有利于实现对生态环境的保护价值。基于此,文章以许兴小学新建工程项目为例,从方案、设计、施工三方面结合具体的使用,阐述BIM技术在绿色建筑中的应用方法,希望能为相关人员提供参考。

Adopting the concept of green building design can not only reduce the resources consumed in the whole process of design,construction and use,but also reduce the production of construction waste,and reduce the damage to the environment.Combined with the scientific application of BIM technology,it is beneficial to realize the value of ecological environment protection.Based on this,this paper takes the new project of Xuxing Primary School as an example,expounds the application method of BIM technology in green building from the aspects of scheme,design and construction combined with specific use,hoping to provide reference for relevant personnel.
