刮痧联合拔罐对肩周炎患者疼痛及肩关节功能的影响

Effect of scraping combined with cupping on pain and shoulder function of periarthritis of shoulder

目的探讨刮痧联合拔罐对肩周炎患者疼痛及肩关节功能的影响。方法选择2020年2月至2021年7月于本院就诊的肩周炎患者88例,随机分为单一组和联合组各44例。单一组予以拔罐,联合组予以刮痧联合拔罐,共干预3个月。比较两组干预前后美国肩肘外科协会评分系统(ASES)评分、肩关节活动度。结果干预前,两组VAS评分、生活功能评分、ASES总分及肩关节活动度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,联合组VAS评分低于单一组,生活功能评分、ASES总分高于单一组,肩关节前屈、外展、内旋、外旋活动度大于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肩周炎患者中应用刮痧和拔罐治疗,可有效改善其疼痛症状,增强肩关节功能,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of scraping combined with cupping on pain and shoulder function of periarthritis of shoulder.Methods From February 2020 to July 2021,88 patients with periarthritis of shoulder in our hospital were selected and divided randomly into single group and combined group,with 44 cases in each group.The single group was given cupping therapy,the combined group was given scraping combined cupping therapy,both groups were treated for 3 months.The American Association of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery scoring System(ASES)score and range of motion of shoulder joint were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in VAS score,life function score,ASES total score and range of motion of shoulder joint between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,VAS score of the combined group was lower than that of the single group,life function score and ASES total score were higher than those of the single group,and shoulder flexion,abduction,internal rotation and external rotation activity were greater than those of the single group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scraping and cupping in periarthritis of shoulder can effectively improve the pain symptoms and enhance the function of shoulder joint,which is worthy of clinical application.
