摘要 青年科技人才是我国实现科技强国的主力军,培养优秀青年科技人才刻不容缓。本文通过研究我国青年科技人才队伍的现状,发现我国当前的青年科技人才培养机制在基础教育、文化意识、国际交流、人才回流上存在不足,这些问题在一定程度上都对青年科技人才的有效培养造成了影响。提出深化基础教育改革,强调民族文化和文化开放,采取诱因战略,构建多方协同的育人模式,培养地区化、个性化等建议,为更好地实施青年科技人才的培养机制、实现我国2035年进入创新型国家前列的目标夯实基础。 Young scientific and technological talents are the main force for our country to become a strong country in science and technology,and it is urgent to cultivate outstanding young scientific and technological talents.By studying the status quo of our country’s young scientific and technological talents,this paper finds that our country’s current youth science and technology talent training mechanism is insufficient in basic education,cultural awareness,international exchanges,and talent return,all these problems to a certain extent affect the youth science and technology talents cultivating.Suggestions such as deepening the reform of basic education,emphasizing national culture and cultural opening,adopting incentive strategy,constructing multi-party cooperative education mode,and cultivating regionalization and individualization are put forward to lay a solid foundation for the better implementation of the training mechanism of young scientific and technological talents and the realization of China’s goal of becoming a leading innovation-oriented country in 2035.
