校校合作:粤港澳大湾区高校集群发展的关键途径

School Cooperation:Key Approach to the Development of University Cluster in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

本研究从粤港澳大湾区高校集群的实践基础出发,基于产业集群理论和协同创新理论,对7所高校539名管理人员进行问卷调查,对粤港澳大湾区高校集群发展校校合作的多种形式进行研究,有同一层次高校合作,不同层次高校合作,高校“组团式”帮扶合作,联合实验室建设等形式。研究发现:当前合作存在高校集群合作指向不明,未与产业集群相结合,协同创新性不强,港澳高校参与较少,形式化严重的问题。研究建议“双一流”高校牵头成立协同创新中心;依托地方本科院校形成高校—产业合作集群;形成“传、帮、带”的区域互助高校集群;成立粤港澳大湾区高校国际化联盟;建立高质量港澳高校集群。

This research starts from the practice basis of university cluster in the big bay area,based on the industrial cluster theory and collaborative innovation theory,questionnaire survey of 539 managers in seven universities,various forms of research,the university cluster development cooperation,the same level of university cooperation,university“group”support cooperation,the construction of joint laboratory.The research found that there are problems of unclear direction of university cluster cooperation,not combination with industrial clusters,weak collaborative innovation,less participation of universities in Hong Kong and Macao,and serious formality.It is suggested that“Double First-class”universities should lead the establishment of collaborative innovation center;form university-industrial cooperation cluster based on local undergraduate colleges;form a regional mutual aid university cluster of transmitting,helping,establish the international alliance of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area;establish the high-quality university cluster in Hong Kong and Macao.
