摘要
[目的/意义]从公众感知的角度,以Z市Y区的公共文化服务质量的调查结果为基础,为我国地方政府公共文化服务质量的提高建言献策。[方法/过程]利用文献调研和统计分析的研究方法,引入三维单元接触服务质量评价模型作为测评工具,进行信效度和验证性因子分析,并基于实地调研的数据,运用综合重要性权重法对Z市Y区的公共文化服务质量进行打分。[结果/结论]完善基本公共文化服务设施建设,践行服务至上的理念,加强基本公共文化服务人才队伍建设。
[Purpose/Significance] Based on the survey results of public cultural service quality in Y district of Z city from the perspective of public perception,we suggest suggestions for improving the quality of public cultural services of local governments in China.[Methodology/Process] Using the research methods of literature research and statistical analysis,we introduced a three-dimensional unit contact service quality evaluation model as a measurement tool,conducted reliability and validation factor analysis,and used the comprehensive importance weighting method to score the quality of public cultural services in the Y district of Z city based on the data from field research.[Results/Conclusions] To improve the construction of basic public cultural service facilities,to practice the concept of service first,and to strengthen the construction of basic public cultural service personnel.
