摘要
从吉林林蛙干皮中提取的抗菌剂进行浓缩、除盐后,上CM-52阳离子交换纤维素柱淋洗,收集透过峰,然后用不同离子强度的缓冲液进行阶段性洗脱,收集洗脱峰。用半制备型反相高效液相色谱(RP HPLC)对收集到的各峰进行纯化,得到抗菌肽纯品。
The antimicrobial extracted from dry skin of Rana Temporaria,were concentrated and desalted, and then loaded onto the CM52 cellulose column (15 cm×25 cm) The permeated peak and elution peak were collected. Finally, purification was carried out by the RPHPLC column, and pure antimicrobial peptide is obtained.
