Aptima HPV E6/E7mRNA16,18/45基因型检测技术在ASCUS患者分流中的应用

摘要 宫颈癌是最常见的女性恶性肿瘤之一,2018年全球有57万宫颈癌新发病例和3.11万新致死病例[1]。宫颈癌在我国发病率居于女性生殖道恶性肿瘤之首[2]。高危型HPV持续感染是造成宫颈病变的首要因素,HPV16/18型在临床中最为常见,HPV16/18联合感染患者进展为宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)Ⅱ+的概率更高[3]。随着细胞学筛查的普及,越来越多的早期宫颈病变被发现,薄层液基细胞学(TCT)检查异常结果中ASCUS最为常见。
