乙酰半胱氨酸注射剂祛痰的疗效与安全性

Efficacy and Safety of Acetylcysteine Injection for Expectoration

目的研究乙酰半胱氨酸注射剂应用在祛痰治疗中所发挥的效果和安全性。方法将2019年1月至2020年5月的56例排痰困难的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,平均28例。对照组患者选择盐酸溴己新注射剂雾化吸入方案治疗,观察组患者则应用乙酰半胱氨酸注射剂雾化吸入治疗,对两组治疗的有效率、不良反应发生率、咳嗽评分、咳痰量评分、咳痰性状评分、睡眠质量及生活质量等进行比较。结果观察组去痰有效率达到85.71%,相比对照组的53.57%明显更高(P<0.05);观察组有17.86%的不良反应发生概率,与对照组的14.29%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前患者在咳嗽、咳痰量、咳嗽性状等评分方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的改善更显著(P<0.05);治疗之前两组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组的保睡眠质量指数改善比对照组好(P<0.05);治疗之前两组患者的生活质量无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗之后观察组的改善效果更为理想(P<0.05)。结论对排痰困难的患者应用乙酰半胱氨酸注射剂雾化吸入治疗能够有效的提升患者的祛痰有效率,不会产生严重的不良反应,同时能够提高患者的咳嗽、咳痰量、咳痰性状质量,改善患者的睡眠质量和生活质量,是一种优质的干预方法。

Objective To study the effect and safety of acetylcysteine injection in expectorant treatment.Methods From January 2019 to May 2020,56 patients with difficulty in expectoration were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with an average of 28 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with bromhexine hydrochloride injection by atomization inhalation,and the patients in the observation group were treated by atomization inhalation of acetylcysteine injection.The effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions,cough score,expectoration volume score,expectoration trait score,sleep quality and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of phlegm removal in the observation group was 85.71%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(53.57%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of cough,expectoration,and cough characteristics(P>0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was more significant after treatment(P<0.05).There was no difference in the Pittsburgh sleep quality index of the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the sleep quality index of the observation group was improved better than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the observation group after treatment the improvement effect was more ideal(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acetylcysteine injection atomization inhalation therapy for patients with difficulty in expectoration can effectively improve the efficiency of expectoration,without serious side effects,and can improve the patient's cough,expectoration volume and expectoration characteristics.It can improve the sleep quality and quality of life of patients and is a high-quality intervention.
