会阴超声检查联合会阴干预法对产后女性盆底功能的远期影响

Long-term Effects of Different Perineal Intervention Combined with Early Treatment on Pelvic Floor Function in Postpartum Women

目的探讨会阴超声检查联合会阴干预法对产后女性盆底功能的远期影响。方法选取2019年2月至2020年2月于我院行规范产后盆底康复的248例产妇作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(无侧切保护)与观察组(侧切保护),各124例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施会阴超声检查联合会阴干预法,观察并对比两组患者产后盆底肌力、治疗有效率及远期并发症发生情况。结果干预后,观察组患者产后盆底肌力明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的远期并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论侧切保护干预可有效改善产妇的盆底肌力及治疗效果,降低对远期阴道感觉灵敏度的影响以及排尿困难等远期并发症。

Objective To explore the long-term effect of different perineal intervention combined with early treatment on pelvic floor function in postpartum women.Methods From February 2019 to February 2020,248 cases of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation in our hospital were selected as the research objects,which were divided into control group(no side incision and protection)and observation group(side incision protection)by digital random method,124 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given perineal ultrasonography combined with vaginal intervention on this basis.Postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength,treatment efficacy and long-term complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of urinary incontinence in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The long-term complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of lateral resection protection can effectively improve the pelvic floor muscle strength and the effective rate of treatment,and reduce the effect on the long-term vaginal sensory sensitivity,as well as the long-term complications such as dysuria.
