人文关怀护理对改善艾滋病患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Humanistic Care on Improving the Quality of Life of AIDS Patients

目的分析艾滋病护理中采用人文关怀护理模式对患者生活质量变化的积极影响。方法选取2019年5月至2021年5月医院收治的艾滋病患者52例,根据护理模式分组,A组(予以人文关怀护理)26例,B组(予以常规护理)26例,比较两组生活质量、心理状态、依从性、治疗过程中患者应对表现、患者满意度。结果两组生活质量比较,A组[(81.57±6.26)分]优于B组[(73.25±7.13)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组心理状态比较,A组SDS评分[(34.31±5.22)分]低于B组[(46.56±5.11)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组SAS评分[(35.24±4.49)分]低于B组[(47.82±4.65)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组依从性比较,A组[96.15%(25/26)]优于B组[76.92%(20/26)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组应对表现比较,A组应对态度比较积极,优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组满意度比较,A组[100.00%(26/26)]优于B组[84.62%(22/26)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对艾滋病患者实施人文关怀护理可显著提高患者的依从性,促进患者积极应对疾病,改善艾滋病患者的心理状态和生活质量,提高满意度,应用效果显著。

Objective To analyze the positive influence of humanistic care mode on the quality of life in AIDS patients.Methods A total of 52 cases of AIDS patients were selected from May 2019 to May 2021,the nursing mode was grouped,the A group(received humanistic care)was 26 cases,and the B group(received routine nursing)26 cases.The quality of life,psychological state,compliance,coping performance and patient satisfaction in the treatment process were compared.Results The quality of life in group a[(81.57±6.26)points]was better than that in group B[(73.25±7.13)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the psychological state,depression[(34.31±5.22)points]in group A was lighter than that in group B[(46.56±5.11)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);anxiety[(35.24±4.49)points]in group A was lighter than that in group B[(47.82±4.65)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of group a[96.15%(25/26)]was better than that of group B[76.92%(20/26)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the coping performance,the coping attitude of group A was more positive and better than that of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of group A[100.00%(26/26)]was better than that of group B[84.62%(22/26)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of humanistic care for AIDS patients can significantly improve patient compliance,promote patients'positive coping with disease,improve the psychological state and quality of life of AIDS patients,and improve their satisfaction.
