Objective To explore and analyze the influence of midwives'psychological nursing intervention on the mode of delivery of primipara. Methods A total of 160 primiparas who delivered in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were divided into routine group(80 cases, routine nursing)and research group(80 cases, routine nursing combined with psychological nursing intervention). The scores of self rating anxiety scale(SAS),self rating depression scale(SDS)and the choice of different stages of labor, delivery methods and neonatal Apgar score. Results The SAS score and SDS score of pregnant women in the study group were lower than those in the routine group. The time of the first and second stage of labor was significantly shorter than that in the routine group, and the data difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate in the study group was 11.25%,lower than 32.50% in the routine group(P<0.05).The Apgar score of pregnant women and newborns in the study group was significantly higher than that in the routine group, and the data difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The analysis shows that the midwife psychological nursing intervention can significantly reduce the probability of cesarean section in the whole perinatal nursing of primipara, improve the bad mood of primipara, shorten the time of labor, and promote the health of newborns.
