摘要
目的探讨导诊护理工作中医患沟通模式的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月至2021年9月本院门诊就诊的988例患者,根据开展的护理模式的不同将其划分为2个护理小组。常规组开展常规导诊护理工作,观察组将医护沟通模式应用在具体常规导诊护理工作中。观察医患沟通模式对患者心理状态、导诊护理纠纷率以及满意度方面的影响。结果观察组导诊护理人员在护理态度、宣教全面性、沟通舒适性以及护理专业性方面的评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在开展导诊护理前,两组患者的心理状态评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在开展导诊护理后,观察组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理投诉率为2.02%,常规组护理投诉率为11.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在导诊护理中应用医患沟通模式可构建良好的医患关系,确保导诊服务秩序与质量,提高导致护理人员的工作效率,利于促进患者快速就诊,尽早诊治,还可改善患者的治疗依从性。
Objective To study the application effect of doctor-patient communication mode in guiding nursing work.Methods With the consent of the ethics committee,988 patients in outpatient department were treated and divided into two nursing groups due to different nursing modes.The routine group carried out routine guided diagnosis and nursing work,and the observation group applied the medical-nursing communication mode to the specific routine guided diagnosis and nursing work.The influence of doctor-patient communication mode on the psychological state of patients,the rate of guidance and nursing disputes and the degree of satisfaction were observed.Results The nursing attitude,comprehensive publicity and education,comfort of communication and professional nursing scores of the guidance nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group,and there were differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Before the guidance nursing,there was no difference in psychological state score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the guidance nursing,the anxiety score scale and depression score scale of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,and there was difference between them(P<0.05).The nursing complaint rate of the observation group 2.02% was lower than that of the conventional group 11.13%,and there was difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of doctor-patient communication mode in guiding nursing can build a good doctor-patient relationship,ensure the order and quality of guiding service,improve the work efficiency of nursing staff,facilitate patients to see a doctor quickly,early diagnosis and treatment,but also improve patients'treatment compliance.
